I have always had a passion for digital strategy. Since launching the very first Victoria’s Secret website, in a time where digital ‘best practices’ were not even a thing yet- we had the opportunity to invent experiences that we wanted to shop. And now, with generative AI and a host of new capabilities, brands have even more tools in their arsenal to enhance the experience. But these choices can be overwhelming.
But where to start? That’s where I come in.
